The external boiler leaked. This created fumes internally within the home. We had to remove all old and contaminated soil. Remediation of part of the back garden around path.

When the heating system was on, the client couldn’t open the sitting room window due to fumes from proximity of old boilers exhaust.
Client was concerned about the dash on the house, when rebuilding boiler house – that it would look mis-matched to existing dash
We removed the old leaking boiler and installed a new weatherproof self contained condensing Boiler.
We installed new pipework, and turned the flue in a different direction, so any fumes directed away from house, and the client could open the window
We were then able to remove the old burner housing, and no new one was required, meaning there was no mis-matching dash and it was all much tidier
