External oil tank leaked. Created fumes externally. Old tank had to be removed and remediation of garden area also required

Oil remediation requirement was under existing tank in the garden, and we needed to keep heat running during the entire process
Access to the garden was restricted
The back garden was very wet due to high water table
We set up a temporary tank in the garden, to keep heat running for the duration of the project
On completion, we reinstated tank to its original position
We used a common laneway at the rear of the house, which meant we didn’t have to go through the house and on completion, power-washed the whole area, ensuring no complaints from neighbours
Rather than put back clay and turf lawn we put down Terran, which is a drainage membrane, and finished the area in pebble, which allows the area to be walked on and not soggy underfoot
